Data Engineer (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Data Engineer to strengthen our business unit “Digital Engineering Solutions” in our location in Stuttgart (or hybrid). In this division, we develop and distribute EXOKNOX, a family of software products for data management, and offer product-related services. With our innovative solutions, we support and optimise development processes of the automotive industry in areas that have proven to be a major challenge in recent years.

Your new challenges

• Strengthening our team as a data engineer, with tasks in the area of data modelling and data conditioning
• Supporting data model-relevant requirement analyses and roll-outs for our customers
• Participation in standardisation activities in industry associations
• Close coordination with our software development team
• Development of test scenarios and execution of tests

You should have

• A degree in engineering, physics or mathematics

• Several years of professional experience in the development environment of the automotive industry as well as a good general technical understanding in order to be able to understand the technical requirements of our customers and translate them into data models.

• Knowledge of Python is desirable, knowledge of Java is also beneficial.

• The ability to work in a team and independently, using agile development methods.

• Good language skills in German and English

• Enthusiasm and fun at work in an innovative environment

• Enjoy occasional business trips
