Requirements
To be considered for this role, here are the skills we’re looking for:
- At least 5 years of experience as software engineer with comparable responsibilities
- Extensive experience in agile software development
- University degree in computer science, software engineering or comparable
- Very good knowledge of Java and established technologies on the JVM (e.g. Spring & Hibernate, REST) and web development (e.g. TypeScript, Angular, React, Vue) – Know-how in Python is a plus.
- Strong customer focus
Very good communication skills in English and German - High degree of personal responsibility
- Desire for personal development
- Team spirit with highly developed communication skills
- Enthusiasm to undertake business trips from time to time
Scope of Work
As a Full Stack Software Engineer at Karakun you will
- empower users from different industries (e.g. insurance, automotive, finance, government domain) to achieve their goals effectively and efficiently
- sculpt individual software using latest technologies and tools
- guide our customers in requirements definition and then actively contribute to the design of the appropriate software architectures
- be part of an agile team consisting of highly motivated software specialists and UX experts from various countries and backgrounds
